Comments about Valvoline Power Steering Fluid (1 Gallon):

I bought 2 gallons of this to flush my power steering system before I installed a new power steering pump. (There were metal shavings in the system from the failing pump) It did not foam at all during the flush process or after the install of the new power steering pump and bleeding process. Other power steering fluids that I have used have foamed like crazy. If that happens you then have to wait until the foam settles before you can continue the bleeding process. The fluid not foaming saved me time.
