Neither. Although they show up when you search for parts for your vehicle, if it does not show the yellow box with the green check mark on the part page, then it does not fit your vehicle. This is a cork and rubber gasket with a steel core. It is the gasket that seats with the valve covers.Answered on 3/18/2010 by Mike from AAPA:
Replace it with this gasket. You prolly have a leak from dry rot and keep tighting the screws/bolts. if you over torque the gasket it will leak. My suggestion is never use cork gaskets. Felpro should be slapped upside the head for ever making cork ones. what I do is tighten to snug then go 1/8 of a turn of the wrench for the final torque down. Or better yet, if it says in the manual go there. I used to have a problem over tightening bolts then I got a mini torque wrench, never had a problem since.Answered on 9/12/2010 by Zeeke from Camillus, NY

Counter blowout or high-vacuum conditions.
Certain engines, such as small block and big block Chevys, can produce high-vacuum or blowout conditions that can be big problems for many valve cover gaskets. Fel-Pro Performance CorkLam gaskets are designed to deal with those challenges. They have a metal core for extra strength, with a special cork-and-rubber compound bonded to both sides.
