Good gloves, like someone else said will save you some blood. I dont use these when working with small parts because I cant feel exactlly what im doing but then again that only prefrence.

Saved a fair amount of blood the first time I used them. I always (repeat ALWAYS) manage to bang up the backs of my hands and knuckles when working on the car. Not this time! They even allowed me to do fairly fine work like removing small clips on the air springs behind the wheels. I did have to remove them for extremely fine work, but then when doing that I don't seem to bang into things and cut my hands. I will probably keep a pair of these in the toolbox for easy use with any project that comes up.
