these fans are not good for anyone besides drag cars and when you build a 30,000 dollar screamer are you gonna bolt on a cheap ... fan? if your looking to add hp start with an electric fan for small blocks puller works fine around 19 inchs depending on cubic inches, big blocks however i run dual puller fans and one pusher plus 2 engine oil fans and radiators, 2 trans coolers and 2 fans, but then again that's for a mud truck, never sees over 30 mph

watch when you order this fan .it says nothing about not fitting 5.7L on the web page however when i recieved it[...] it says will not work on anything bigger than a 4.1L WHY?

I put one on a 1989 F250 4X4 with 351. My thermo clutch fan was pulling down the motor, then the clutch disintegrated and put a hole in the hood. Hence putting one of these on. Now in this case I could tell there was an increase in power because the motor would spool up quicker. But this would be an extreme case of the thermo clutch being so bad as to rob power. So in this case it did a lot more good than an otherwise good thermo fan swap would be.Asked on 2/20/2011 by Durky1 answer
