Used two bottles of Lucas with 3 quarts of standard oil to bring life back to an old engine. The oil pressure was dropping to 0 while at idle. A freind reccommended I give the Lucas a try before dropping any big bucks on repairs. Now the engine holds 25 psi at idle and runs 40 psi on the highway. I have ran it for 3,000 miles with no further oil pressure issues.

I added a quart to the wifes Bravada during an oil change and the next time I changed the oil there was foam in the oil drain pan which tells me poor lubrication. You don't want your oil to foam. I use it for oiling the chains on the kids bicycles and that's about it. Never again in any of my engines.

I've been using the oil treatment in my 1992 chevy k1500 for about 10 years now. I like having the peace of mind that this product is increasing the viscosity of oil in my engine and helping seal any tiny leaks that may have developed over time. I use it every time I change my oil, 4 quarts castrol high mileage 5W-30 + 1 bottle of lucas, everytime.

I left an empty container of Lucas Oil Stabilizer upside down for 6 months to see what if any of the product would coat and remain in the bottle. Well, it was still coated with a thin coat of the oil stabilzer after the 6 months. This proved to me that it would be great for things like my lawn mower, motorcycle, and any seasonal motor vechicle.
The most wear you get on your engine occurs when you start it up and the oil has not reached all of the moving parts. This product helps to take care of that problem. The only other way to avoid the start up wear issues is to never shut off your engine like the New York taxis do!
