Comments about Bondo Fiberglass Resin Jelly (1 qt.):

if you need a bondo fix, then the jelly bondo is a much easier product to use. It is thicker, will not sag and easier to spead.

    • Q:

Does the hardener com with this product or is it already mixed to use right out the can?
Asked on 8/4/2011 by Pepper from SC

      2 answers

      • A:

The hardener is NOT mixed in. It is a separate tube of red cream hardener that you must add to the jelly resin for the product to cure.

        A:

The hardener should have been already mixed in it.

will this work on foam insulation 1/2 inch or will it eat through it?

        A:

I have heard you can take floral foam and use it for a filler to apply bondo, although I have not tried it. I would recommend using foam and then covering it with aluminum foil to make sure. Thanks
