    Whats the purpose of this. Is it related to anything as far as performance? Will it work on a 93 Buick Park Avenue 3.8 Non-Ultra?

      No, it doesn't. It's an accesory for amps,subs, or anything you want to be able to turn off and on whenever you feel like it, so you are in control of that accesory.
