Why is this ball joint listed as a 'Problem solver'? What is different than other ball joints?

It is known to be a more durable ball joint, nothing more. Sorry for the confusion

    • Q:

I took my truck for an alignment and the repair facility informed me that after "x" amount of play/movemant in the ball joints, they have to be replaced before an alignment can be done. Do I need Upper and Lower? Both sides? Are Moog any better, really, than the rest?

Moog is the best. Yes, if you have to take it apart, do both upper and lowers. A LOT of work involved. Check around for prices. My Ford dealer was actually cheaper than anyone else at $525 plus parts. Do not use Ford Joints...no grease fitting, and get 90 degree fittings for the top ball joints..IF you want to get grease into them. This is from the Ford mechanic.
