          A:

          Yes, this BWD Automatic Transmission Modulator Valve (Part No. VM324) has been adjusted for normal operation. It can be adjusted by turning the screw 1/4 turn counter-clockwise to shift at lower RPM or 1/4 turn clockwise to shift at higher RPM.
