Couldnt believe price for the value and from a large company. All others were going for well over $100 for something like this. Love that it has low charge alert in case it needs to be recharged. Just grab it and pack it to jump most any battery you need. Lawn mower problems? This gets you going. With Winter here I cant imagine how much use it will get. My Dad loves it! As a jumper he said it was simple to use and used it straight out of the box in an emergency even before the initial plug in and charge. No problems. That is however the only thing I didnt like though. You have to plug it in for 36 hrs before using it. Havent come across any other problems yet. Great Item!

Mine came DOA. It will not charge. It came at 76% and will never go higher when plugged into AC. I have faith Peak or Advanced Auto Parts will take care of me. I have to mention mine had the part number listed on the site but it dod not look like the one pictured on the site. Mine does not have the strip of LEDs at the top of the unit. Wish it did though. That may be a later version or mybe the model with a "-0" at the end of the part number. Mine is a PKC0AZ.

Incredible product!!!! I got it thinking about returning it after my first use but changed my mind when I saw how good it was. I will never leave home without it. It goes wherever I go, and whenever I switch vehicles I transfer it so I always have it on hand. Perfect for all vehicles and I'll never have to worry about trying to find someone with jumper cables, along with someone willing to jump your car. Perfect for all automatic transmitions; bikes, cars, trucks, and SUV's. Get it and never leave home without it. You won't regret it.

My first one had to go back because it would not charge at all. The 2nd one came and it will only charge to 90%. Not worth all the work returning. You need a jump starter you can trust. This product is not it. Shop for another product even if you have to pay $10-$15 more. I don't trust the Peak product line after this experience.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Charged to full in few minutes right out of box and started dead car. Instructions say to charge for hours before use, display indicated full after a few minutes. Only time I used it, worked well.

Just purchased this product on-line for store pickup. I get home and product looks nothing like item I ordered online. No cables included so unable to charge with cigarette lighter and if you don't have an extension cord....forget about charging unit from home ac. I called customer service and they told me that I would have to return it for refund, go back online and reorder in order to get my online discount. Asked if I could simply return it where I just bought it 30 mins ago and swap it out for another and they told me their system was not set up to process that way. Will not use AAP again... Thanks for all the great service.

A solid feeling unit. I have owned it for two weeks and have used it once: on a 5-cylinder Volvo that had a weak (not dead) battery after sitting in 5 degree weather for a few days. Product performed as expected, it took a minute or two to get enough juice transferred for the car to start. As always with jump-starting, you have to make sure that the clamps make good contact with the battery terminals ... scrape them around a little bit to get through any dirt and corrosion.
The only negative thing I have to say is that the product I received does not look like the picture on the website. However, it does have all the same features and spec.

Used it twice so far. Worked as expected. Looks different than what is shown on line. Company said it is because the one that I got was a newer version.

Came DOA. After charging it for 48 hours I still couldn't get the reading from it. Also it does not come with an extension cord, you'll need to buy one unless you have one around. Sent it back, the AAP customer service was great, waiting for my refund.
