I switched to Mobil One and the engine ran smoother, revved faster, and sounded better even at idle.
I think all synthetic oils are great, but to me Mobil One is the best I have used to date even as good as those super high priced synthetics. I will stay with Mobil One. I still change oil at 3000 miles because Mobil One really cleans the engine and gets dirty fast with contaminants in your engine, if you used other oils previously. After about three uses, it stays clean until you change it again. An oil change is a lot cheaper than engine repairs. No additives needed, and no negative issues of any kind (no leaks, no oil burning, etc.).

Mobil 1 is a great oil. I have been using it for at lease 20 years and have had great results. Longer engine life and increased fuel economy. I believe it is the reason my engines have lasted as long as they have. I have had 2 cars with over 200,000 miles with no engine problems. nove I have an 105,000 Dodge Hemi 1500 and a 2010 GLK that lives on Mobil 1.

Been using Mobil1 on and off (because of the price) for years. It was actually the first synthetic I tried years ago. After seeing how clean it came out during an oil change, I never went back to conventional oil. Usually expensive, but was on sale at AAP, so I bought a bunch for all my cars.

The name says it all because most know it stands for a well-engineered, quality oil. Nice having the peace-of-mind knowing you can run a little longer and farther when time is tight to get that regular oil change in. I trust Mobile 1 oil to take the heat and the cold without worrying whether I saved a couple bucks.

I use this product when towing my 22' car hauler with a 2007 Expedition. Usually hauling a 67 390 Fairlane. The SUV seems to run cooler and isn't lacking any power on the hills. Gas mileage is usually around 13-14 mpg., depending if the AC is on. I run 5-30 Mobile 1 because it was the first and imho still the best.
