The online purchase was simple, easy and fast. The item was delivered on time in a very well packed box. It is a item that will last for years and being in the handy case hopefully the small parts will not get lost. I will be useing this tool to make hydraulic lines for a bull dozer I have been restoreing. The lines are not avaliable from the equipment supplier and the option of useing hose was not good as were to close to the tracks, also would not give the total restored look and value of the machine. I called the manufacure of the tool to get info for the tubeing needed. I was told to use only thin walled anealed tubeing. I was told heavy wall tube would slip and cause possible damage to the tool.
