Champion's 3,000lb self recovery winch has a 1.34 HP Series Wound Motor that offers durability, fast line speed and a planetary gear system with a 153:1 gear ratio to deliver the power needed for all situations. This winch comes complete with an easy to use power in/out controller, mounting channel, roller fairlead, D-shackle, snatch block and 45.9-feet of 3/16" galvanized aircraft cable with clevis hook. Ideal for all kinds of applications like ATV's, trailers, boats and snowmobiles.

I bought thit to replace a superwinch 2000lb that self destructed the first time out! this is much beter,heavier and thicker metal,looks like it will hold up. I bought it to replace the winch on my snowbear snow plow.it works great

Seems like a well built winch for the money. Haven't got to use it yet, though. Still waiting for an adapter mounting plate for my prowler.

i have a friend who bought this winch, and he has an 03 rancher 350. he said all he had to do was get a steel plate cut at a fabrication shop to use as a mount plate and it worked perfect. i'm actuaal lookin into it right now and happened to spot you ?.
