I needed more than the 13" lift jacks I had and this was able to jack up my engine while my car was on ramps. The 360 degree handle is a nice bonus especially since this is a longer jack and you might not have room to move. The extension is removable and can be stored on the side. Being bigger, it's heavier, but that's a jack for you.

Small saddle. Very short handle. Multiple handle manipulations required to jack up and release compared to my other hydraulic jack. Much better to have a jack with a large saddle and a single, long twist handle -- makes it easy to use.

Comments about Torin 2.5-Ton Quick-Lift Trolley Jack:
This jack is a huge improvement over the factory bottle jack I've been using. Lifts the vehicle quickly and fairly easily. Note that this is a rather sturdy unit. As such, it's a bit on the heavy side, so it may not be worth it to lug around an extra 45 pounds in the vehicle just to expedite a flat tire change on the road. But for work I've done on front suspension, it lifted my truck quickly and easily.
Sharp red paint color. Only thing I'd change would be a slightly easier-to-access release valve, but it's really not that big of a deal.

My old jack couldn't get the height I needed for an oil change on my new vehicle. This jack gave me the height without the price tag of the bigger jacks.

Comments about Torin 2.5-Ton Quick-Lift Trolley Jack:
Heavy duty floor jack! It's probably way more umph than I needed for a Toyota and a Jeep, but better to have too much than not enough! Easy to position and lift up vehicles. Did a brake job on both cars two weeks ago and this baby made things a breeze. The only thing I'll say that might be a con is that you need to loosen the lift VERY slowly when letting a vehicle down, otherwise it will come down pretty hard and fast if you're not careful. That being said, just don't twist the lift rod too tight before lifting a car-just enough to keep the pressure in the lift.

Comments about Torin 2.5-Ton Quick-Lift Trolley Jack:
Received this as a Christmas present. I was able to use this 2 times. A: it is not by any means, a quick lift. B: the welds literally snapped when trying to lift my truck. B1: my truck is less than 2.5 tons. B2: I know how to use a jack.
Using nothing but high end jacks when I used to work in a shop, this jack is extremely unsafe in comparison. Look how small the "foot" is that actually comes in contact with your frame. Keep in mind that metal to metal often moves when attempting to lift, there is not much room for error here.
With prior experience with Torin jacks and helping people on the side of the road whom have Torin jacks, they are very low quality jacks. Save yourself the stress, and money. Invest in a quality jack.
