These are the flat out best wire connectors I have used. I keep Red, Blue and Yellow in my box for all my wiring. Inside or outside the car I use these. I use Blue the most.
The ends shrink to the wire with heat, JUST LIKE SHRINK WRAP.
These make a great connection every time, look nice and hold up over time. No tape needed!
After you use these for a while you will never want to use those cheapy plastic ones again!
The outside layer on these is stronger it seams so after you crimp them on the wire, the outer jacket never has a knick in it from your crimper.
All the Advance auto parts stores keep these in stock ussually. Try them for your next wiring project, you wont regret it!
