Comments about Gear Wrench 1/2" Drive Female -3/8" Drive Male Adapter:
I do not like to leave purely negative reviews, however, the metal that this adapter is made from is some of the cheapest around. I have a breaker bar with a 1/2" drive and I was trying to break free a 22mm bolt with my 3/8" drive socket. With minimal pressure applied I thought the bolt had broke free and was turning. However, I was surprised to find that the bolt had not turned at all and the male 3/8" drive was just twisting off of the adapter. So rather than actually being useful for what it is designed, it is so flimsy that the metal just twists instead of transferring the torque to the socket to which it is attached. Luckily there is a lifetime warranty, so I went and exchanged it to try it again, and the exact same thing happened. I ended up having to return it all together and purchase a 1/2" 22mm socket.

Very easy to use.
Comments about Gear Wrench 1/2" Drive Female -3/8" Drive Male Adapter:
the ball on the joint depresses, so it's easy to snap sockets on and off. So if that's what you want, then it's great. However, i wanted something with a stronger grip so, for example, it can hold my sparkplug socket and be able to pull it out. Unfortunately, such a light grip leaves the socket stuck on the plug and inside the engine compartment.
