This product is good for low speed impact dents. From use I believe the best method is slow working the dent from the outside of the dent to the inside, you must take your time and put some muscle in to pulling the dent. It is not magic but with patience and time you will either remove the dent or at the least get it down to barely noticable. I had mixed results from where my wife jack knifed the camper in to the back of the truck. One dent I removed entirely and the 2nd dent I have down to a manageable size that is barely noticable. I can say in my case the estimate for the removed dent was 300 bucks and the 2nd dent both in the same quarter panel was 600 bucks. IMOP 10.00 is better than 300, and the 2nd dent is very close to out so its improved.

This thing has amazing suction (i could lift a heavy kitchen table with it) but never got to use it for pulling dents because i could not find a flat enough spot to get any suction at all.

When I was sent the item it was apparently used (i.e., had sand, dirt, and scuff marks on the suction cup). It didn't seem that any of this compromised the tools integrity; however, even after wetting the surface I could not get suction.

with some patience and repeated effort, I can pull the dent out, but it goes right back when I release the suciton.

A foul ball at my nephews baseball game left a dent in my hood and I went to Advance and purchased the dent puller with hopes that it would work. I was wrong. It didn't even touch the dent and the dent was not even that deep. I wouldn't purchase this product with high hopes.

This product is so easy to use. I got a deep dent in my rear fender last night and i went to advance today paid [$] and i went out to the parking lot and within 10 seconds the dent was gone. Its the easiest an most affective way to get rid of a dent. I'm glad i didn't do the old co2 spray and a hair dryer this worked faster and better and now i have a dent puller for good especially one that doesn't put a hole in your car.
