Everything went and worked as it should

It was easy to install and worked as good as new, I purchased everything online and picked all of it at my local AAP.

I bought both the left and right side rear calipers. The only reason why I bought them from Advance Auto was because they were advertised as having a anti-rust coating (and picture shows this silver coating). When I got them home only the right side caliper had this coating and the left was bare metal. Neither the left or right side bracket had the anti-rust coating. I installed them anyway but disappointed...after raining that night the left side was all rusted but the right side caliper that had the coating was completely clean! This rust that develops on the bracket is what causes your brake pads to hang up (under the stainless steel guides). The rust on the bracket makes the stainless steel guides expand out and not let the pads slide. I recommend to use a small amount of brake hardware lubricant UNDER the guides to prevent this rusting and expansion of the guides.

These are non-coated and will rust severely come winter. They might last 1-2 years before they start sticking but they are lifetime warranty so you can exchange them once they start sticking.

I bought both loaded rear calipers and they were remanufactured by two different companies. This wasnt a big deal. The two calipers did have different caliper bolts. One had torx heads and the other one had 6 point. Was hopin to stay away from the torx but luckily I have the right size torx socket at home. Other than that time will tell how well they hold up to michigan weather.

I was glad to see the mounting bracket was sold with the caliper. Both parts were very rusty on my truck and this took care of that issue relatively inexpensively.
