Comments about Wearever Silver Organic Brake Pads - Front (4-Pad Set):

This was the first time I decided to try a bargain-basement pad. This will also be the last time I try a bargain-basement pad. I've always used AC Delco parts on our TrailBlazer, however, I decided to give the incredibly less pricey pads a shot (along with rotors). One gets what they pay for, and at [$] for a set of pads, I suppose I should not have been surprised. Brake fade is apparent under normal driving, especially suburban driving. While they work, they do not compare to the OE part. If you have the ability to afford better pads, buy them. It is your safety, after all.
