Used this to flush my old brake fluid out and it worked good. I then used Valvoline Dot 3 & 4 synthetic brake fluid to fill the system. But this could work just the same and fill your system but my car asked for Dot 4 and that's what I did. If they made Dot 4 brake fluid of this brand I would have used that.

Sorry, without the model year I would not be able to tell you because specifications change over time. DOT 3 or DOT 4 will most likely be the grade you need for the brake fluid. All Brake Fluid is synthetic. Do not mix DOT ratings. Do not mix DOT 5 with DOT 3 or DOT 4. DOT 5 is "Silicone" and it will not mix with the alcohol based DOT 3 or 4. The system will need to be completely flushed prior to changing fluid types.
