          A:

          To remove the reservoir from the master cylinder, pry it off with a screwdriver. Apply gentle force to pull it. You will get much more leverage after clamping it in a vise. Or else you can use any old cloth/rag through the small opening underneath the reservoir and then pull on the rag with a slow consistent force and the reservoir plops out without breaking.
