Comments about Walker EPA Standard Universal Converter:

this converter is smaller in length than the original OEM so you would need pipe extension on both ends of CAT..It has be Welded as per Walker tech support.. cannot be U clamped to existing pipe..too costly to install be mechanic.. better pay more for original flange type and save on labor cost

Comments about Walker EPA Standard Universal Converter:

This converter should fit just about everything in the world with it's large 2 1/4" ID fittings.

This is my second purchase of this universal cat, and it's going on my 92 Ranger pickup. Unfortunately someone had re-piped this truck with no cat, and 2" diameter pipe all the way back, so I've got to get some adapters to make it seal up just right.

One thing that always helps, measure diameters before going to the store so you can get the adapters you need without having to make so many return trips.

This is a good converter - About 5 years ago my emissions passed on another car with such low readings it's almost like it was burning oxygen instead of gas. I'm hoping for the same results with my truck tomorrow.
