          A:

We will, at our option, replace or refund your money for any part that we sell that fails during the warranty period. The replacement part will be warranted for 90 days from the date of exchange or the remainder of the warranty period, whichever is longer, subject to the conditions and exclusions in this warranty. If the original part should fail within 90 days from the date of purchase, you also will be reimbursed for your labor costs incurred in removing the defective part, up to a maximum rate of $45.00 per hour, provided:
          • You make a claim for your labor costs at the time you return the failed part to us.
          • Parts must be professionally installed by a garage or service center in order to qualify for labor reimbursement and receipts for labor must be printed on the garage or service center invoice or letterhead.
          • You provide us with a copy of your original Order Invoice when you make your claim.
          • Self-installed units are not eligible for labor reimbursement.
