2003 Chrysler Voyager 3.3 V6 radiator replacement. It is very easy to remove the old radiator if you remove the coolant reservoir first as you need to angle the raidiator to lift it out. The new radiator fit perfectly, I mean perectly!! Everything lined up just as it should. A little Vaseline on the lower rubber mounts will help the in installation. I did reuse the original radiators top plate because it had a rubber seal already riveted to it. Took me about an hour to do the replacement and I wasn't in any hurry.

Advantage reported exact fit for Chrysler Town&Country 2002 3.8L. Overall disappointed due to additional tweaks and adapters I had to get.

Overall, get a better match. Got to install it and works but should be simpler with better match.

I had already extracted old and took to store to compare with new; previous online purchase. Differences were not evident. I would check other brands for better match first.

No rail/base at bottom, had to pull the one from the old one to ensure good sitting. Missing nuts for original screws (used old ones) but there was no easy way to set them (hold/secure them) in new radiator to install screws.

No rubber seats at bottom (compared to original). Depth of bottom structure is larger, cushioning would not work. Unsure of long-term impact.

Once installed, realized overflow outlet different diameter than original. Much smaller than original. Too small to use clamp on original tube connected to reservoir. I had to get piping adapters 5/16 and 1/4, 1 foot of 5/16 hose and some clamps.

I was able to install but had to overcome unexpected issues and trips to get adapters to resolve hose issue.

Comments about ToughOne or Ready-Rad Radiator:

This is a good replacement for my 2004 Dodge Caravan SE with a 3.3. I ordered online, and picked up at the store. The first one they tried to give me from stock had a hole in the box. I asked them to open the box and it had a small puncture wound in the radiator. They ordered me another, and I got it the next day, no hassles(other than a day later). During the install, it's a little tight to wiggle into place around the a/c and tranny cooler lines, and some electrical harnesses but once in there, it fit exactly where it should. It came with new self retaining nuts and new rubber isolators for the bottom. I had a leak after initially installing, which I believe was from one of two things: a worn radiator cap, or loose fitting coolant recovery line. I fixed the leak by installing a new cap, and used a small hose clamp around the recovery line. I believe the coolant recovery line barb just below the fill neck is smaller than the OEM. Overall not the most trouble free experience, but the money saved over having it installed by someone else was worth overcoming the obstacles.

Comments about ToughOne or Ready-Rad Radiator:

Our original radiator went bad after 160,000 in our 2001 Chrysler Town & country minivan. Advance Auto had an Exact Fit replacement for a very good price. The old radiator came out, and this new one went right in - a true Exact Fit. My son, who is a mechanic did the installation. He noted how nice it is when a replacement exactly matches the original. It makes it so much easier. We've put roughly 1,500 miles on the car since the installation and the radiator is doing its job very nicely. This was not only the least expensive radiator we found, but by far, has to be the BEST value.

The radiator was complete and fit well. I did not have to remove any parts from the old one. Make sure you put a little vaseline on the rubber isolators for the condenser to make them slide in easier.

Place the fan shroud into the clips on the lower radiator support and install the two upper shroud retaining bolts. Position the shroud to maintain approximately 0.38(in.) radial clearance between the fan blades and the shroud. Connect the radiator hoses and close the radiator petcock.
