GM made it easy to change radiator on an s-1o. You dont even have to remove the fan. Radiator came with new connections for trans cooler, but not for oil cooler. But doesn't matter, because the new connections are poorly milled anyway. Burrs left on the groove for the ring clip prevent the hose from going in all the way. Used all the connections from my old radiator. But you can't beat the price.

Comments about ToughOne or Ready-Rad Radiator:

Made in China. But that's not the Problem. So I replaced an OEM Radiator on My 95 Honda Accord EX 4 Cyl, I pressure tested it and it was fine. A Few Weeks Later the radiator was empty, but I had a hard time figuring it out. The Bottom plastic piece that the radiator gets crimped to would fail in a heat cycle. It was fine Cold, but would with Expansion and Contraction of the Hot water leak at various times, until it finally failed all together.. yes it left us on the road a few times. So I replaced it with same (like an Idiot) Its still holding a few months later, but I'm writing the review today. Also Same brand I replace my 2004 Blazer LS OEM Radiator, a few weeks later the Fins started leaking in various places in the middle, I didn't think that would be something likely to happen, but it did. So I replaced it again with same Brand (again like an Idot). Doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result = Insanity. The Radiator Cap doesn't quite fit right on the Newest Radiator, which has the newest latest packaging I guess. It has a fold down lid with wings that tuck in. So Hopefully it will last?? My Heater core went out in the Blazer, and thank the Lord Jesus Christ I went through these trials with the Radiators, so I know NOT to USE this brand on my HEATER CORE which I only want to replace once! So Yes I saved money on the Radiators because the were Cheaper. But, They were CHEAPER built too. Go figure.

My original radiator developed a crack in it. I purchased this item to replace it. It was an exatact fit for my GMC Jimmy. I took the old one out and the new one installed with no modifications needed. I just wished that either it came with new rubber bushings for the bottom, or they were at least offered at the time of purchase or at the store where I picked it up. Other than that the product was easy to install and took about an hour or so from start to finish.
