        I would recommend taking the product to a local Advance Auto Parts where they can determine if the product is defective and/or exchange it.

        Hi, after reading review I wasn't sure to buy this set but I did. I found you have to take the piece off that looks like a knob to expose the attachment for the sockets.I hope this helped you.

        Had the same question. That knob is certainly NOT intuitive! It's also not mentioned anywhere. Even in the Customer Care answer.
