Comments about Toolworks 3/8 Drive 5/8" Spark Plug Socket:

The socket performed well in gripping the spark plug, and that's where the problem came in. The rubber inside the socket came out when I withdrew the socket after installing the spark plug, and I first tried fishing it out, only to have to remove the spark plug to get at it. I ended up using the spark plug with the rubber insert removed, and only used the rubber insert when extracting spark plugs. I don't think it was intended to be this way.

Rubber plug holder won't stay in, comes off with plugs. Luckily, I had another plug socket around to use.

Comments about Toolworks 3/8 Drive 5/8" Spark Plug Socket:

As other reviewers mentioned, the rubber piece inside of the socket comes out attached to the spark plug. Gluing it to the socket might help in this regard, but shouldn't that be done by the manufacturer?

Works OK,the insert comes out still on plug so I would have to drop plug in then put socket on WITHOUT insert.that needs to be fix!!but works as should.

Comments about Toolworks 3/8 Drive 5/8" Spark Plug Socket:

Works in a pinch and priced low. Insert is not the standard insert that goes around the ceramic part of the plug. This insert only fits over the tip of the plug. When you pull off the socket the insert stays attached to the plug and is a pain to remove in tight quarters.

Comments about Toolworks 3/8 Drive 5/8" Spark Plug Socket:

This is the cheapest one in the current market, but it works fantastic. One thing need to be be reminded when using this socket is you need to use tapes tie it up with your extension arm.

I can't find my original plug socket, so need one to change my spark plug. this one works great and the internal rubber washer holds the plug tightly.
it fit the 5/8" or 16mm plug.
