this is a great, all around exhaust. it's very affordable for the "class" it's in. if you want a sporty tone but dont want to draw attention, then this one is for you. it has the same note that many mufflers 10-20 times the price have!! even works as a replacement or a restro. sounds good with all engine sizes from 4-8 cylinders... no need for a second thought espically at the price!

check out some sound clips on the dynomax web side or on youtube!

    Comments about Thrush Turbo Muffler:

I've gotten replacement mufflers for other vehicles, this is by far the quietest. It could be since it's mounted with a long pipe after the muffler though. In any case this is a nice quiet muffler, sure it's what was intended by the designers.

Got this based on reviews above and fitment to my vehicle. Was worried that it might be a little loud cause I was removing catalytic converter. Turns out it sounds great. Not tinny or tacky. Gets throaty when you get on it and sounds great.

Will this muffler fit my 2000 Chevy Blazer if I saw off the flange on the exhaust pipe to which the original muffler is fastened? (The bolts and nuts that fasten the original muffler are so rusted they can not be removed, even with heat.) I don't know the precise size of the incoming pipe.
