Many have had problem with long term reliability with this bulb, but halogen lights are finicky. When you install them, make sure to keep your fingers (and oil/grease thereupon) away from the glass part of the bulb, and it will last much longer. <-- Great tip I picked up from a friendly salesman at the local AAP.

Replace both headlights at the same time. First bulb burned out in 6 months, second one, 3 months later. These bulbs didn't have any reviews before I bought them, but most of the people here seem to have the same results. Fast burn out. I would stay away from these.

I liked the use of this but I am unsure if it is the car or the product. My car just eats these head lights. I usually get about 6 months out of them. But they are an easy fix.

The lightbulb works well but is very difficult to install. My neighbor installed since the store says they don't and had a difficult time getting it to fit in place and not touch the bulb so not to blow it but it works great afterwards.

Can be tough to install, but worth saving the mechanic's cost (it's only a headlight).

No, take a look at the number of connectors on the bulb, 2 is for a single beam (high or low depending on the bulb). 3 or more connectors usually indicates a dual use (high/low beam) bulb.
