Q:I have a 67 mustang 289 v8. Does this guage use a temperature sensor that screws into the block or do you have to insert something into the radiator? Thanks,
A:It should come with a sensor that screws in the intake manifold
Q:Is this a stand alone unit? Are all components included to make the gauge work without hooking to 12 volt? I need a unit that will screw into radiator hose or radiator with connection to gauge.
A:Yes, will work. But the fittings included will not work. I think they are metric and will not screw into radiator where original probe was.
Q:this will work for toyota 2000 avaloon?
A:It should be able to work on your toyota.
Q:Will this guage work with the original temp sensor on a 1990 Buick Century Custom 3.3L V6?
A:This should be able to work with the original temperature gauge.
Q:Do I use the stock temperature sensor with this gauge? I have a 1987 GMC G3500 Vandura with 6.2 liter Diesel.
A:You should be able to use the stock temperature sensor with this gauge.
Q:Does this gauge work with the oem temp sensor for 1969 dodge coronet 383
A:I believe it does. The gauge should come with instructions on how to properly hook it up as well.
Q:Looking for a panel to put these in, would help to know if they were 2 1/16 or 2 and 5/8.
