    When charged does the needle go down to 0 or go up 10 to 15 ?

      Hi Bob, I'm happy to help! The charge current will gradually taper down as the battery approaches full charge. As the charge current tapers down, the ammeter needle will also move down.

      With reference to your inquiry on the Schumacher 10/30/50 Amp 12-Volt Manual Traditional Battery Charger (Part No. SE-1250), please note when a circuit becomes overloaded, it pops and disconnects the problem circuit before something catches fire. The most common reason for these breakers tripping is one or more faulty batteries. Please checked the water level in your batteries.
