06 Ram 1500 5.7 Crewcab - Only have 100 miles or so on these and have enjoyed them thoroughly. Ride is firm but not harsh. Traction and handling are improved. The shocks oppose motion equally both directions which means they do not expand when installing, which in turn means they are easy to install. They are also a nice looking shock, IMHO. For [$] each it is a good investment.

Comments about Rancho RS5000 Shock Absorber:

I replaced my own worm out blistien shocks in my 03 chevy Avalanche. What a day and nice difference! I'm a guy of a little of everything and like to try out different products. My front shocks are Monroe Reflex and they are about 5k. I like them too but I prefer the rancho rs5000 because if it's stiffness. I do city and highway driving during the weekdays and do hunting and outdoor activities on weekends. So I do some trails, dirt road and unplowed snow ways. It does good and if my monroes give up in the front in the future, forsure I'll get the ranchos. I can't stand soft rides.

Comments about Rancho RS5000 Shock Absorber:

Ranch makes a great product. It is very easy to install, wears very well and performs as well as original equipment. Received product from Advance as promised, on time and in good condition. Negative of this product is the exterior paint does not last very long and makes the vehicle look shabby. Would think the manufacturer is aware and could correct and make many truck enthuasists much happier. A gret product for the price and would recommend it to any one that is looking for a great value and worry free to use.
