Comments about Purolator PCV Valve:
Installed this in my '97 Ford F150 truck. The OEM part seemed a bit "beefier" and fit more snugly than the Purolator - but it still works fine.

Comments about Purolator PCV Valve:
I was chasing codes P0171 & P0174 (lean banks) on my 2001 Ford F-150 for a MONTH trying to clear them in time for state inspection... no luck. Cleaned Mass Air-flow sensor, codes came back. Tightened a hundred hoses and add hose clamps everywhere, codes came back. Cleaned air filter (after market K&N, codes came back. Changed Fuel filter, codes came back. I was preparing to buy a new Mass Air-Flow Sensor (NOT CHEAP) when I decided to pop in one of the last things I could think of... the PCV valve. Behold... the frikken elbow has a huge tear in it! I thought I looked everwhere for this kind of vacuum leak. SO, in went the new PCV valve and a new rubber elbow. CODES CLEAR & HOLDING! Finally. Now off to the inspection and keeping my fingers crossed that i don't get pulled over between here and there.

Comments about Purolator PCV Valve:
I bought the product to replace my bad one. The plastic attachment piece did not fit so I had to use the old one. Other than that it works great.

Comments about Purolator PCV Valve:
This product serves well under routine maintenance and out-performs the original PCV valve. Most people dont think of checking it while performing other maintenance, but this should not be overlooked and be replaced at least every year or year and a half.
