Comments about Purolator PCV Valve:
If you go to Purolator website application guide, the correct one for 16mm is PV1074 which they don't have on their site. This one is standard sizing. I would recommend buying a new spring clamp for the hose if you don't change this regularly, they lose their tension after many years.

Comments about Purolator PCV Valve:
Doesn't fit 2005 corolla wrong thread pitch, i think advanced auto parts company policy requires the employees to give out the wrong part to get you to come back again... thats the only thing i can think of cause i get the part 9 out of 10 times!!!

Comments about Purolator PCV Valve:
I had to change twice, the guy at the auto part store swore this was the right one. Is way too big, doesn't fit.

Comments about Purolator PCV Valve:
This PCV valve is actually slightly larger than the correct PCV for a 2003 Vibe. It seems several people have had the same problem with this particular valve. I recommend skipping this manufacturer altogether and picking up a different brand.

Comments about Purolator PCV Valve:
This product does not fit 2004 Toyota Corolla's. I can't speak for 2005+ models that may use the same part number. The threading is incorrect and required a trip to another parts store for proper replacement. Quality is not reminiscent of Purolator products either.

Q:
where would this be located on the 2000 toyota celica???1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Hi Ron, happy to help you! The PCV is located on the valve cover next to the oil cap. Its the one closest to the cap. For help with your project, I recommend purchasing a Haynes or Chilton repair manual specifically for your vehicle. This should be able to assist you further into detail on how to repair or replace specific parts.Q:
How do I know this part should be replaced and when?1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
If the valve is inoperable, it's usually because it's clogged with carbon or baked on oil. The easiest way to check it is simply by visual inspection and shaking the valve to hear if rattles, if it doesn't rattle simply clean it out or replace it.Q:
where it is located the pcv valve in my toyota corolla 2006 le1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
It will be located in the tubing on the valve cover going towards the intake manifold.
