Pros

  • Don't Take The Drain Off

Cons

  • Still Spill Oil

Comments about Purolator Classic Oil Filter:

I use the Toyota filer cup and never replace the small o-ring. I spill about the same amount of oil but I put a rag in my hand for the last "few" turns and this seems to help. I have at this time 137000 miles on the 2010 and change oil @10000 miles. I've all aways used the Purolator filter. I wish though it had a spin on type for ease.

                A:

If the length is different it should be fine. As long as the diameter and the thread size are the same it should be ok.
