Great Buy! 1/3 the cost of dealer price

Even I could install this and it fits perfectly. Be sure to order the right one for your car, though.

Purchased filter for 2010 Hyundai Elantra Touring. Described as OEM compatible, disappointed to find that I needed to cram the filter into position in order to make it fit! When I compared it to the Hyundai filter I was replacing, I found that the Purolator was too large. Disappointed to find that I must keep looking for another manufacturer of these cabin air filters, when I've always enjoyed the Purolator product.

Seems flimsy, but the old one that it replaces was not much better. Just thought it would be more for the price you pay.

Good question, Andres! Yes, there should be an arrow on the side of the filter to indicate the direction of air flow, which is pointing down towards the floor mat.

                      A:

With reference to your inquiry on the Purolator Panel Type Cabin Air Filter -part# C35660, most car manufacturers recommend that the cabin air filter be changed at least once a year or every 12,000 to 15,000 miles--whichever comes first. However, if you operate your vehicle in heavily polluted areas or commonly drive along dirt or gravel roads, you may want to consider changing the oil filter more often. For these types of areas, changing the cabin air filter every 4,000 to 5,000 miles or every 6 months is recommended. A:

You should be able to open the glove box and while it is open, squeeze the sides in enough to allow it to drop down further. Once dropped down, you should have direct access to the filter.
