Comments about Purolator Cabin Air Filter:

I ordered this for my 2009 Mazda Tribute Hybrid (aka, Ford Escape Hybrid) SUV. The dealer wanted to charge $95 to buy/install this part (the filter for the hybrid battery). This cost me about $17 and took under a minute for me to install ~ and I'm a girl, lol! Worked out great, and I'm good for another 20k miles before I'll be ordering this replacement filter again.

                  A:

This is an air filter not a battery filter. The cabin filter is usually located on the passenger side of the vehicle either in or around the glove box. I would recommend visiting out website, click on the Advance Know-How tab, then click on the How-To Video Clinics, then click on the video link called "Forgotten Filters". This video will go through the steps and procedures on how to replace the Cabin Air Filter.

                • A:

it is the filter that goes in the cargo area that filters the battery intake. So not really a cabin filter.
