Purolator recommends that you replace your dirty cabin filter with a new Purolator BreatheEasy cabin filter every 12,000 to 18,000 miles, or as specified by your vehicle’s manufacturer.

      You need to open the hood and check the space between the hood and the firewall of the car, right below the passenger side wiper there you should find the cabin air filter.
