  • Q:

Is the torque convertor for a 2003 Dodge Caravan inside the pan or do you have to take apart the transmission?

      A:

I'd be happy to help you with that! Torque converters are located in the bell-housing of automatic transmissions. The torque converter bolts up to the engines flexplate to transfer the engine power to the transmission. You would have to remove the transmission to access the torque converter.
