    The problem I am seeing is the pump has pressure but still is hard to turn with low idle. Are these kits made to fix this kind of problem or just leaky seals. Should I bite the bullett and purchase a new rack and pinion? Kit $25, New RP $175...

      Hi Dale, glad to help you! This Kit will provide the seals to fix leaking seals in a rack and pinion. I would suggest that you take your vehicle and get it thoroughly checked by a certified mechanic before buying any parts that may/may not solve the problem.

    I believe , I have a leak on the rack and pinion. I have a repair manual for my 2002 neon also. My question is... Are there any seals or gaskets that needs to be replaced in order to stop leaking of power steering fluid?
