Comments about Pilot Passenger Headlamp Assembly:

This part required shipment to be made to the home with no option for store pickup. The part was was broken when I opened the box. The support bracket that secures the headlight to the car was broken off. After noticing the problem with the broken bracket I contacted Pilot customer service by phone and left a message about the problem and asked for someone to call me back to replace the part. After not receiving a call back I took a picture of my existing headlight next to the new Pilot headlight showing the broken bracket. I emailed this picture with a description of the problem to Pilot and to Advance Auto customer service. After a week of no response by either companies I returned the part to Advance Auto.
All the reviews posted on Pilot headlight assemblies have stated the same problem. It is obvious Pilot has a packaging and design problem with this and needs to strengthen the part in manufacture and have better packaging for shipmet through the mail. I suggest you don't purchase a pilot headlight unless you want to receive a broken part and then have to deal with returning it.

Comments about Pilot Passenger Headlamp Assembly:

This part and another headlamp I purchased were broken upon arrival. The plastic tabs that secure the headlight in place were broken. I was able to repair them with some JB Weld because I needed to have the repair made and didn't have time to return the parts. Caveat Emptor but just fine for a hillbilly repair....
