        Hi,
Each time My Check Engine Light comes on, My Mechanic either cleans or replaces my Gas cap and applies some dressing to the lip of my Gas Cap Gasket connection point. It has dried out again, it is a bit rusty, but the solutio usually works for 6 months or longer. Would this dressing be appropriate or do you hacve another recommendation. Really appreciate your help.
