Used this to reattach a glass convertible window that had separated on a 2001 Volvo C70. After cleaning off the factory adhesive cleaned it thoroughly with acetone and used 2 tubes for full coverage. Left top up with pillows in back window as support for 3 days. A month later and it's still holding tight!

Bought it to use as a sealant when replacing the fuel pump on my 56 Chevy at the recommendation of a friend. Never thought it would stand up to the rigors of a hot rod engine but it worked fine.

I bought aftermarket turn signals for my BMW 325xi and needless to say they had large gaps in-between the outer lens and housings. I used this sealant and it filled in the gaps nicely. Definitely recommended.

                A:

Hi John, I'm glad to help you! Cut nozzle to desired bead size, apply to one surface and assemble immediately. The surface being bonded may need clamping for 20-30 minutes or until silicone is firm and then trim excess after cure with a sharp knife. Silicone"skins"and becomes tack free in 1 hour and allow 24 hours for full cure and maximum strength under normal conditions. Allow more time in cold or very dry conditions.

It may seal your window. You may want to clean some of it off to provide a good seal. I would just try scraping off as much as you can
