    I thought I read some place that for chevys after some time in 2012 the magnet does not work and you need a scanner or you need to do it manually (for which there is a long envolved process). Will this definately work for a 2014 Cruze?

      Hi GB! This magnet is not specially made for your vehicle. This is usually used with early GM/Chrysler systems that requires this for use with pendulum style TPMS sensors.

      Hi Matt, it's a good question! The magnet is usually used with early GM/Chrysler systems that requires this for use with pendulum style TPMS sensors. If you are not satisfy with your purchase, you can return this to any of our 4000 Advance Auto Parts stores. Please bring the order and your receipt and our team members will be able to process your return for refund. If you need to return the order by mail, please pack the merchandise in its original shipment container along with the original packaging materials and your Merchandise Return Form. You can take it to your local UPS Store or Drop off Location to be mailed back to the address preprinted on the return form via UPS.       I'd be happy to help you with that! This magnet is for relearning TPMS systems with systems that require a magnet to trigger resetting. You would have to check your owner's manual to see the reset process for your vehicle.

      Glad to assist, cam! On earlier GM vehicles it is used by putting the vehicle into learning mode and then putting the hole in the magnet over the valve stem.
