      Original Bike Spirits Contact Brake Cleaner (Part No. A00732-20) is a quick-drying, non-flammable solvent-based cleaner that leaves no residue. Brake Cleaner will: clean brake pads, shoes and entire brake systems; remove accumulated brake residue from surfaces; and remove grease, oil, road grime, brake fluid and chain lube overspray.

      yes you can but i would use the Wearever Brake Parts Cleaner its a much better cleaner
