Comments about Omega 40" Professional Z Creeper:

VERY sturdy, heavy-duty frame and casters, smooth rolling. It should last me for years.
I didn't realize that it's a convertible creeper, it converts into a creeper seat (Must be what the "Z" means). I already have a creeper seat, so for the price I probably would have bought one with an adjustable headrest instead.
If you're looking for a convertible creeper, this one is well worth the price.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

        NO, the headrest is not adjustable. This is a convertible creeper, it converts into a creeper seat.
        YES, there are ball bearings in the casters, not in the wheels but in the caster heads (360 swivel). But they are very sturdy.
