      Comments about NTK Oxygen Sensor:

This was a perfect fit. Replacing the sensors was quick & easy, same connectors and same colors. I bought the upstream and downstream o2 sensors for my '02 Altima 2.5 because it was having a really rough idle and poor gas mileage. Rough idle went away but came back after 3 days, don't think theres anything wrong with the sensors so i'm looking into other stuff. Throttle body, tps, idle relearn, throttle closed relearn, total pain. I am seeing improved gas mileage after the idle relearn but still getting a rough idle, was going to test my tps but i would have to get a new throttle body all together since you cant get the sensor separately

          A:

Oxygen sensors monitor whether the air/fuel mixture is rich or lean in the internal combustion engine. I have seen bad oxygen sensors cause alot of issues with vehicles, but I have never seen one prevent a vehicle from running.
