I needed to upgrade when I switched to LED blinkers. Product is a standard, fungible electronic flasher. Nearly all are made by Tridon (which has like 90% of the flasher aftermarket), so the issue is less what you buy and more about where you buy from. In contrast to [@] retailers, Advance Auto Parts offered friendly shipping to APO/DPO (Thanks for supporting military buyers!) and good service. Arrived promptly, and part was very easy to install - took 5 minutes and no technical skill.

It said exact fit for my 3000GT. Not even close! Yes it does plug in and work correctly, but it's not mounted the same way. My original flasher has a mounting bracket on the top. This one is way taller and is basically free standing now. There's nothing to hold it in place. Works correctly, just not what I was expecting.

Replaced the one in my 2000 Nissan Frontier when the left side signals would stay on when headlights are on. It worked for about 4 months before it failed. It has a 90 day mfg warranty.

Description says OEM but it had no mounting tab. Relay did not work. Replaced a cap on the factory one and returned the one I bought for credit. No hassle return at Advance Auto Parts makes them a winner in my book.

Replaced regular tail light bulbs in 1993 Ford Taurus with a set of four LED bulbs.Original flasher unit was not used to quick on/off of the LEDs-would flash too fast. This new unit returned the lights to a more normal pattern.LED compatible as described.

Comments about Tridon (Novita Tech. Inc) LED Compatible Electronic Flasher:

The EP34 does not physically fit a 2003 Taurus as claimed. One, it is taller than the OEM flasher which prevents reinstallation of the plastic junction box cover. Two, it has an alignment tab on the | blade side of the three |= blades which prevents fully seating the flasher - it fits cockeyed.

I bought some LED bulbs for my rear turn signals. When plugged in, they hyper-flashed. WIth this electronic flasher, the flashing is back to normal.

This was a direct plug-in into my '96 Civic DX sedan.

Now I'm looking for some LED bulbs for the front

Hi Jonhn, glad to assist you! The turn signal flasher is located on the Left-Hand (drivers) side of the instrument panel in the fuse junction panel. For help with your project, I recommend purchasing a Haynes or Chilton repair manual specifically for your vehicle. This should be able to assist you further into detail on how to repair or replace specific parts.

To get more specific information on the location of this part I would recommend purchasing a Chilton or Haynes Repair Manual for your vehicle, not only will it show the location and also explain how to install, but you'll find it handy for many more projects on your vehicle. The repair manual part number is 89101.

There's a little side wall panel on the left side under the dashboard - that's the fuse panel. The turn signal flasher is above the fuse panel farthest to the left above the big square box. The turn signal flasher is about 1-1/8" wide by 7/8"tall and 1-1/2" deep.
