Comments about NGK V-Power Spark Plug (LZTR4A-11):

These are great plugs for the modern HEMI's. I installed these in my 07 RAM 2500 hemi. Due to the modern hemi's dual plug set up, platinum plugs are not the best choice due to residual heat. Plus the fact there's 16 to change, platinums are expensive to change every 30k. Thats where these plugs come in. Great price, and you know your getting a solid product by NGK. I havent had any issue from these plugs and have noticed better performance both in mpg and power.

These plugs worked great in my 2003 Dodge Ram Hemi. The price is great too--which helps when you have to buy 16 of them!

Perfect plug for the Hemi, which is picky. It likes the copper core the best.

I replaced both plugs and wires on my PT Cruiser and it ran worse than with the older plugs (with large gaps). Engine ran rough. I finally removed them after about three months and now it's running much smoother.

do dodge ram hemi take 2 sparkplugs per cylnder??

                A:

Yes, the Dodge Ram Hemi take 2 spark plugs per cylinder. With two spark plugs per cylinder, they do not fire at the same time, One plug will fire on the compression stroke, and the other will fire on the exhaust stroke. This cause the unburned fuel to be burned causing the car to run "cleaner".

            • Q:

I've heard that the Hemi's need a copper spark plug or it's possible to burn a hole in the cylinder with a plug that's too hot. Are these plugs copper?

They are copper, but the "hole in the cylinder" is false. The pistons will be fine, too. Plugs other than copper are too expensive for the 30K mile change interval.
