Best spark plug if your plugs are easily accesible

Comments about NGK V Power Spark Plug (BKR5E-11):

Great price and best performance, meaning conductivity. Only downside is they last up to 40,000 miles so if you have to remove your manifold to get to plugs then you may want iridium. VQ30 doesn't have that issue haha

Comments about NGK V Power Spark Plug (BKR5E-11):

Picked these up to replace in wife's car which was accumulating gas in cylinder 3 due to a fouled plug. Used the vehicle matching feature to select these and to my surprise, they were already gapped properly right out of the box (bought a four pack). Removed old plugs, put these in and the car fired right up (minus the stuttering at low RPMs that she was experiencing beforehand). Another quality product from NGK that just works right out of the box without having to worry about any extra work.

Did tune-up of 2 coils, plugs and wires/boots. Mazda 2001 Protege runs like new now. Cheap fix. Shop wanted to install new o2 sensors, new cats etc. at a cost of $1900. I bought these parts and paid $75 to install.

                • Q:

what does the 11 mean in the spark plug BKR5E-11? I have a 2000 Polaris 325 magnum 4x4 ATV and have the BKR5E spark plug. I am replacing the spark plug cap that fits on the plug at the engine and the diameter of the plug is to big at the cap. I can't find the part to fix it. Polaris was no help as they stopped making the part.
